Harriet’s Ministry
Due to changes in strategy, staffing, and oversight management at Harriet’s, the leadership of Clearwater Community Church and the Harriet’s volunteer staff are coming up with a plan to effectively serve the needs of our community.
This means that as of Oct. 7th, 2025, we will be stopping our food distribution until further notice.
Thank you for your understanding and keep us in prayer as we seek to most effectively serve our community with Gospel service for the glory of God.
HOURS
Currently paused all food distribution until further notice as of Oct. 7th, 2025.
MOST NEEDED DONATIONS
- Canned fruits and vegetables
- 1-lb packages of spaghetti or other dry pasta
- Canned/plastic containers of pasta sauce (no glass please)
- Small cans of tuna or chicken
- Bars of soap
- Toothpaste
- Clean plastic grocery bags
- Egg cartons (dozen only, please)
WHERE TO DROP OFF DONATIONS
We are no longer accepting donations at this time.
WHO MAY VISIT HARRIET'S FOOD PANTRY
Currently anyone who is able to arrive by 11:30 on a Tuesday with photo ID may visit Harriet’s.
HOW OFTEN MAY SOMEONE VISIT?
Clients may receive food once a month until we pause service on Oct. 7th, 2025. First-timers will be registered in our database and assigned a week. Please bring your ID.
HOW CAN I HELP?
Church members may always use volunteer and may call Harriet’s at 727-799-4444 or submit a form HERE.
Current needs are 1-2 people to help with the shopping during the summer. Keep in mind, while most jobs do involve a bit of lifting, volunteers are also needed on Tuesdays for distribution and prayer; other days for sorting; and occasionaly help is needed for cleaning and organizing.
