DESCRIPTION:Operation Christmas Child  \nWe are so excited to be packing shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child again!  This is a way for churches to bring joy to kids around the world at Christmas\,  along with the gospel message.  There are four ways you can get involved this year: \n\nPray\nOrder supplies by Oct. 26th from our wish list at Amazon (CLICK HERE)\nGive money to cover the $10 a box shipping\nCome to the Packing Party on November 2 after church in the Student Center\n\nWe have a goal of 150 boxes!\nDONATE NOW \n \nClick the photo to watch a video about what the $10 fee covers. \nThe mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project\, Samaritan’s Purse partners with local churches worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations. \nBack in 1993\, Samaritan’s Purse first sent 28\,000 shoebox gifts to children in the Balkans that Christmas. Through these gifts\, we communicated to children and their families what the angel said to the shepherds about Jesus’ birth: “I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people”\n(Luke 2:10\, ESV). Since that first year\, over 209 million shoeboxes in over 170 countries and territories have been delivered!  The project delivers not only the joy of what is for many kids their first gift ever\, but also gives them a tangible expression of God’s love.

Our prayer is that every student would grow in their 1) love and knowledge of God’s WORD\, 2) intimacy with Christ through PRAYER\, 3) love for Christ’s church in FELLOWSHIP\, 4) heart for the world in WITNESS\, 5) selfless love in SERVICE and 6) faithful living in STEWARDSHIP. DESCRIPTION:WEDNESDAY NIGHT YOUTH GROUP 7PM-8:30PM \nAll middle and high school students will be together. We gather on Wednesdays to catch up\, play\, encourage each other to know and love the gospel and welcome students who are curious\, searching or hurting that they might know the glorious grace of Christ. \nWe love middle school and high school students\, and our goal is to help them develop a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ as we walk with them through these years. Our prayer is that every student would grow in their 1) love and knowledge of God’s WORD\, 2) intimacy with Christ through PRAYER\, 3) love for Christ’s church in FELLOWSHIP\, 4) heart for the world in WITNESS\, 5) selfless love in SERVICE and 6) faithful living in STEWARDSHIP.
