What to Expect on Sunday Mornings at CCC
Our Worship Services and Bible Fellowship classes begin at 9:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.
Our Sunday morning gatherings are divided into two parallel segments. Our main services are held in the Family Life Center (FLC, the large building toward the rear of the church campus) from 9:00 - 10:15 and from 10:45 - 12:00. Our Bible Fellowship schedule is designed so that each of us can benefit from a peer-group Bible study during one hour, and worship with the corporate church body during the opposite hour.
Where to Park
The traffic flow around the church is counter-clock wise. On the south side of the Education Building (the large building facing Belcher Rd) are six Guest Parking spaces that are centrally located on the campus. If you are visiting with us, please feel free to use these. If you have difficulty finding a spot, there are always plenty of spaces behind the Family Life Center.
Where to go First
If you have children, then your first stop needs to be the lobby of the Education Building. There you will find our Family Welcome Center where our staff will assist you in taking advantage of our Nursery and Children's Ministries. All parents of children our Nursery are given a pager in case we need to contact you.
While you are there in the Education Building, you will also see the Welcome Center sign. Here you'll find all the basic information about our church. Please feel free to ask any questions and take any information that would be of help to you. Our Welcome Staff is eager to be of help!
Our Worship Services
When we gather on Sunday mornings for corporate worship, our primary purpose is hear and respond to the full counsel of God’s Word. So, in everything we do, we are seeking to fill our minds and hearts with a broad scope of biblical truth, especially the Gospel — God’s sovereign plan to redeem a People for himself through the atoning sacrifice of his Son, Jesus Christ.
Every week we are called to worship by reading Scripture together.
Every week we respond to God's Word by singing songs that center on God and the Gospel.
Every week we receive the preaching of God’s Word.
Every week we pray together that God would transform us, as a church and as individuals, into the image of His Son Jesus Christ, a display of God’s glory.
We hope and pray God will speak to you through his Word and his people as you worship with us.
